Terms of Service — DentaFlow

By using DentaFlow you agree to these Terms. The full Terms of Service are available at docs/legal/TOS.md. Key provisions:

DentaFlow is a SaaS platform for dental clinic management.
You are the data fiduciary for your patients' data; DentaFlow is the processor.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store card numbers.
Annual subscriptions are refundable (pro-rated) within 30 days of renewal.
You may export all data and cancel at any time.
Governing law: India. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Chandigarh under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Our liability is capped at fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
